  • Prenatal fitness classes are designed to help pregnant women connect with their developing baby, to increase comfort and fluidity in their rapidly changing body, and to alleviate common discomforts of pregnancy such as back pain, sciatica, swelling, anxiety and fatigue. These classes complement birth education courses by assisting women in preparing for and meeting the physical and emotional demands of childbirth and motherhood.
  • Postpartum fitness classes are designed to help you get your family off to a healthy start. Allows mom to feel better and lose the weight safely.
  • Yoga-ga: Infant Mommy & Me yoga for babies 4 wks to crawling. Enjoy the benefits of yoga with your baby by your side! Finding time to exercise after having a baby can be a challenge. Mommy & Me yoga is the perfect way to stay in shape and spend quality time with your child.  Class begins with "baby-style centering", songs sung just for them, followed by an active Hatha Yoga class incorporating poses using your baby. You'll wind down with wonderful relaxation…
  • Sing and Sign Storytime: Wouldn't you love to know what your child is thinking?  This class encourages hearing infants and toddlers to develop communication skills with American Sign Language.  Songs, activities, and stories will incorporate more than 60 signs over the course of six 45-minute sessions.  Each parent, grandparent, or caregiver is invited to bring one or two children.
  • Infant Massage promotes an infant's physiological and neurological development and function, helps soothe common discomforts, promotes restful sleep and increases healthy attachment and bonding.  Join us for this 5-week class!
  • The Bradley Method of Natural Childbirth is a system of natural labor techniques in which a woman and her coach play an active part. It is a simple method of increasing self-awareness, teaching you how to deal with the stress of labor. Bradley teachers urge couples to find what is comfortable for them in labor. Instead of seeking to control the sensations of labor with distraction methods, The Bradley Method encourages you to trust your body using natural breathing combined with relaxation.
  • Redirecting Children’s Behavior is a parenting course based upon the work of Dr. Rudolf Dreikurs, a highly noted therapist, researcher, and author of Children the Challenge. The 5-week course and one-hour workshops are endorsed and recommended by pediatricians and mental health professionals nationwide. Different one-hour parenting workshops are offered each Wednesday to provide you with techniques to help reduce stress, resolve conflicts and enjoy family life even more!
  • Sibling Preparation class will help prepare your young child for the realities of welcoming a new baby into the home. Very basic information about baby care, the role of a big brother or sister, expectations for the postpartum period, and safety information will be covered, utilizing movement, hands-on practice, and crafts.
