San Diego Real Diaper Circle

The Real Diaper Association, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, provides support and education to parents all across the U.S. for the use of simple, reusable cloth diapers. The goal of the Real Diaper Association is to put more U.S. babies in cloth diapers. To do this we aim to create a cultural shift in understanding cloth diapers-their environmental impact, their ease of use, their accessibility, and their acceptability. The Association will help parents understand that cloth diapers are real diapers.
Through local Real Diaper Circles, the Association organizes members who advocate cloth diapers locally, meeting with new parents face-to-face to make their diapering choice easier.

Toddler yoga is geared towards children ages 18 months to 5 years and their parents. Toddlers are natural yogis and already demonstrate many yoga poses while discovering the movement of their own bodies. Together, parents and toddlers can discover a playful introduction to yoga. Enjoy moving into a favorite animal pose. Play and interact with each other during this 40 minute class and receive the benefits of a fun workout.
Class price includes all members of the immediate family (mom, dad, and children)-$15 per class or $72 for a 6 class series.
Prenatal Yoga

Classes run for 6 weeks with a break in between sessions. Start any time!
Drop in any time for $15 or purchase a six class series for $72. Series purchase can be rolled into next series if not used up. Bring cash or check payable to Liza Janda. These classes can be used in Vista or Escondido, but not Poway.
*Expires at the end of your pregnancy; no refunds. Please plan carefully.
